(Received Aug. 1, at 7.35 p.m.) In the House of Commons Mr Bonar Law announced that no statement regarding the Government's Irish, policy would be made before the recess. The Government was not prepared to invite representatives of -the dominions to participate in a Royal Commission to report on the solution of the Irish problem.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
