PLAZA THEATRE
June Caprice is featured in the latest attraction at the Plaza Theatre—a fine Fos: drama, in five parts, _ entitled " Bias-eyed Mary." As the heroine of the story the star has quite an attractive role to play, and one which serves to draw out tho charm and ability which have made ha? such a favourite with picture lovers. " Blueeyed Mary" is tho daughter of a man who had been disowned by lus mother for marrying against her wishes. Mary is sent for by lxsr grandmother in order that she may bo brought up and educated according to tire Du Boris theory. She arrives at her grandmother's home in 'Washington square, and does everything to make her presence pleasing, and also to bring about a reconciliation. Her cousin Cecil Harrington does everything to make things unpleasant for Mary, and succeeds, until finally ha is caught in an attempt to steal his aunt's valuables. He accuses her of the theft, but her innocence is proved in an unexpected way, and, with tli3 removal of the unwanted relative, a reconciliation is effected between Mary's father and his mother. A Mutt and Jeff cartoon and a Foes News film complete tlia programme.
