CIVILIANS MURDERED BY TURKS.
CONSTANTINOPLE, July 27. (Received July 31, at 11.55 p.m.) The "Greek army in the Smyrna district is now secure, numbering 50*,000 against 17,00 Turkish irregulars, who are maltreating and murdering Greek civilians.— The Times.
