(Received July 31, at 8.45 p.m.) It is stated that Bela Kun undertook a campaign against Rumania in order to incite the Hungarian Nationalists to prove that the Hungarian Reds were able to maintain the struggle against the Entente and to persuade Trotsky to undertake a decisive campaign in Central Eurone.
