MUNICIPAL DEALING PROPOSED. '.Peb United Pbess Association.) OHRISTCHURCH, July 30. Tho Special Coal Committee of the City Council this afternoon .decided to recommend 'to the council that the municipality should gt> into business as a coal 'dealer permanently. It was decided that none of tho ooal obtained from the municipality should bo sold to dealers, and that the munici pality should control and distribute the supplies it obtained. The necessary officials were appointed to carry on the business properly.
