THE PRINZESSIN INCIDENT
DR ASPINALL BEFORE THE COURT.

George Stivata Aspinall, who pleaded ffuilty last week to attempted suicido on the steamer Prinzessin, came before tho court this morning. v Counsel for defendant said he had been in ill-health, and when Miss Bates got access to his cabin and took tho drug lie was greatly _ upset, and also took tho drug. Aspjnall, in addition to service on tho warship Diamond, had seen • considerable service at Gallipoli and in Egypt, and the . hardships, he had undergone had had a bad effect on his health.
The Magistrate ordered the defendant to come up for sentence whon called upon.
