A film entitled " Sealed Orders." which has attracted a great deal of favourable attention, takes pride of place in tho bill now being shown at the Octagon Theatre, ihia picture is baaed on tho plotting of spies before tho outbreak of tho great war and many thrilling incident 3 mark its course. The supporting programme is a particularly good one. ? World drama, starring /CttEt J ? lm Bowera. and Barbara Costleton, will be tho main picture at Wybody a iheatre to-day Tho story ia bright and convincing. with plenty of thrilling situations, mingled with mystery, it is tasoinating- and interesting, and Barbara Castleton gives a lifelike portrayal of the girl who is arrested for the murder of , r nwthor, and saved in the nick of time by tho nian she loves. Tho theme of the story is tho old adage " blood will tell " and it is convincingly carried out in a natural manner. Charlie Chaplin will give an exhibition of his comicalities in a comody entitled '"lie Floorwalker." A Vita, comody •' Turks and Troubles." a scenic film, and a lopioal Budget complete tho programme. As an additional attraction to the usual programme of pictures at present b?ing submitted at the King's Theatre, the management has secured the services of the noted magician Le Roy, whose entertainment is being much appreciated by large audiences. Ihe chief picture of the entertainment is entitled " Miss U.S.A " in which the famous little actress June Caprice takes the principal part. Tho .supporting picture programme is excellent. A photo-play, the action of which takes place in the front bne trenchc3 of France holds pnde of place at the Plaza Theatre! and the tale of romance, intrigue, and adventure which it presents succeeds admirably in holding the attention of largo attendances. The story is entitled "Tho Daughter of Franco." There arc other uims in addition. The principal feature of the new series to MP resented at the Coronation Theatre j Kll ° a >, tonight will be the cornedvdrama The Man on tlie Box," starring llax Digman and Lolita Robertson. There is a strong supporting programme, includinS. tho first explanatory episode of the scTial Tho Purple Domino."
