Tuzbdai, Jtjlt 29. (Before Mr H. Y. Widdowson, S.M.) Drunkenness. —William Gray pleaded guilty to a charge of drunkenness and of procuring liquor during the currency of a prohibition order.—On the first charge he was fined 10s, or 24 hours' imprisonment, and on the second charge he waa fined 20s' or seven days' imprisonment. A first offender was fined 10s, or 24 hours' imprisonment Maintenance.—Robert John Horn waa charged with failing to comply with the terms of a maintenance order for the support of his wife. The arrears till April 16 amounted to £29 ss.—The accused contended that the amount was overstated, and at his request a remand waa granted till Friday bail being fixed at himself in £50 and two sureties of £25 each.
