Now the strike is settled the Union Steam Ship Company intends to resume its normal service immediately. THREATENED LEGAL PROCEEDINGS. INSTITUTION POSTPONED. MELBOURNE, July 28. In view of the satisfactory results attending the strike negotiations, the Federal Government will postpone for a fortnight legal proceedings against the Seamen's Union.
