THE PRICE OF MEAT
APPEAL TO THE BOARD OF TRADE. (Pee United Press Association.) AUCKLAND, July 25. The, greatly prices of fat stock were discussed by a meeting of master butchers. After fully reviewing what was regarded as a serious position, together with tho decision of tho Board of Trade not to allow a revision of retail prices so long as there is frozen meat available to butchers, it was decided to renew tho appeal to tho board for a revision of prices. It was stated that the peoplo would not buy frozen meat.
