(Peb Uhited Press Association.) WBLUNGTON, July 25. In the Supremo Court a youth, Arthur Edward Smoothy, who pleaded .guilty at Eketahuna to a ohargo of attempted serious assault on a little girl, was sentenced to three years' reformative treatment. William Alfred Robert Fussell, on-seven charges of breaking, entering, and theft and one of breaking and entering with intent, and four of forgery, was sentenced to reformative treatment for a period not exceeding three years.
