A MAN ARRESTED. (Pre United Pbbss Association.) n CILRISTCITURCH, July 2i. William Spriggins, about 35 years of age, said to be a recent arrival from tho North island, was arjxastod on a charge of breaking and entering Owers Bros', store at Uunsandcl. I'ho accused was discovered by the owners at 3 o'clock this mominc in tho store.
