Preio Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. NEW YORK, July 22. (Received July 23, at 8.30 p.m.) A dirigible balloon, which was used for advertising purposes in Chicago, took fire, and fell 800 feet, crashing through a bank skylight. Eleven- persons were killed and 26 were injured.—Reuter.
