RACIAL OUTBREAKS.
FOUR PEOPLE KILLED.
Press Association—By Telegraph— Copyright. WASHINGTON, July 22. Numerous assaults by negroes upon white women in the city resulted in race rioting. Two whites and two negroes were killed, and several were injured. There have been 200 arrests. The negroes are better armed, and they parade the streets and shout defiance — Reuter.

ONE WHITE MAN KILLED.
WASHINGTON, July 23. (Received July 23, at 0.45 p.m.) _ Despite the precautions of the authorities race riots have broken out again in various parts of the city. 1 ' One white man was killed, and manv were injured.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
