LONDON, July 16. The Bolshevists have placarded Moscow with this announcement: " Our Red army is despatching Kolchak and knocking out Deniken's soul. We have opened the way to Siberia. It is time to finish all the Tzarist generals and admirals. Our war cry is ' Kill the landlords, as well as all rich and well-to-do peasants.' "—Times.

PARIS, July 21. (Received July 22, at 9.45 p.m.) The Echo de Paris reports that the Bolshevists have opened an offensive, and claim to have captured 30,000 of General Deniken's forces in Perm, with much booty.—A. and N.Z. Cable.

FIERCE FIGHTING PROCEEDING.
LONDON, July 22. (Received July 23, at 0.55 a.m.) General Deniken has been driven back on the Astrakhan and Dnieper fronts, and has evacuated Ekaterinoslav. Heavy fighting is in progress in the centre.— Times.
