BRISBANE, October 11 (Received Oct. 11, at 10.22 a.m.)
The Governor of New Caledonia is disposed to make provision for the landing of time-expired Queensland kanakas at New Caledonia, if the men for personal reasons deem it unsafe to return to their own islands. Negotiations are proceeding between the State Government and the French Consul.
