Messrs Oii.i.ik.s and Sthekt Bold by auction, yesterday, a property of Mr Thomas Collins, and consisting of a piece of freehold laud, part of section 24, block XIV., with two conjoined dwelling-houses, divided by a brick wall erected thereon—[one of four rooms, and the other of five rooms, and both described as being in thorough repair.
