Dbcehbbb 15, 1862. (Before Jackson Keddell, Esq., K. M.) John Watson, was fined twenty shillings for being drank and disorderly. Thomas Hargraves, charged -with stealing a cradle at the Junction Township was brought up on remand and nowpteaded guilty.' He was sentenced to four months imprisonment with hard labor.. Thomas Hennessy, charged with being illegally upon the premises of Richard Bavie, ttnd assaulting the wife of the prosecutor, was sentenced to two months imprisonment and hard labor.
