MACKAY AND ANOTHER V. CAMPBELL.

Sir, —You will, I hope, kindly please to grant me a favour, which, in my place, you would be expected to value highly for yourself, in your yesterday's issue, your condensed report of the evidence given by ■me on the 27th instant, in the case of Mackay and Another v. Campbell, contains some inaccuracies which convey a meaning different from that of my depositions. Permission to make a few brief.corrections is the favour I seek.
