V. DAMS AND PUDDLING MACHINES.
[ I.— Dams and Puddling Machines. Any person intending to form a dam, or to I erect a puddling machine, shall give notice j thereof in writing to the Warden, in the form hereinafter prescribed, and shall post and maintain for a period of seven clear days, copies of a ich notice upon the intended rite of such dam or machine, and at intervals not ex ceeding 100 yards along the course of any proposed sludge-drains connected therewith. And if no valid objection be entered within I seven days from the posting and service of I such notice, the Warden may grant a Certificate of Registration to the applicant. PORSC OF KOTICE. „,.„,, (DUtrict and data.) To the Warden; at I hereby give notico that I intend to (form a dam, or erect a pudtiling-machiae, as the case may be) at (.*.).•■ (Signature and address ia full of applicant)— * Here describe the locality, and in tha case of a puddlin^-machine state the propfieed course of the sludge drains. . ' No person shall take possession of any claim, race, dam, machine, or any other right or privilege whatsoever (unless the same shall have been absolutely relinquished) without first obtaining the consent of tbe owners, or the authority of the Warden.
