IV. Watfr Rights akd Races. 1. — J\'eta Races.
Any person intending to divert and use water for reining- j)urj>osps by ineau? of any race, shi]l give notice thereof, in writing- to the Warden, in the form : hereinafter s«t forth ; and copies of such nonce shall ' jbe lasted and maintained for 14 clear days at the j' source whence it is proposed to obtain water, and at \ intervals of not more, titan a quarter of a mile alongthe intended course of the race.
