"VTOTICE is hereby given that Sections 1, 3, 5, 7, IN 9, 11, 13, 15, 17, 19, 21. 23, 25, 27, 29, 31, 33. 35, 37, and 39, Block VI, Oamaru District, will be open for application on Monday, the 14th day of July next. Block '6, Oamaru, is situate on the north bank ofthe Kakanui, is about 3 miles south of the town of Oamaru, ancl is bounded on the east by the sea. The nature of the land is level nnd suited for agricultural purposes. A superior limestone abounds and is generally used for building -purposes in the town of Oamaru. Maps of the district may be seen at the Land Office, Dunedin, and at the Resident Magistrate's, Oflice, Oamaru, where forms of application may oeobtained. W. H. Cutteic, Chief Commissioner. "VTOTICE. —In consequence of persons having an _1N imperfect knowledge of the Otago Land Regulations, the Waste Land Board resolved that it be notified that the full amount of purchase money is payable at the day of decision upon all rural land, and in future every application will be treated as abandoned where the purchase-money is not. so paid. By the 10th clause of the Land -Regulations, iiumcdi.-.ii-. nay--ment of one-tenth part of tl'.e purchase-money shaU be condition of every sale by auetiori^of Town Lands, the remaining nine-tenths of the purchase-money shall ' be paid by the purchaser within one calendar month next after thetime of stile,otherwise theone-tenth part of the purchnse-monSyfso paid by way of deposit as aforesaid shall be forfeited and the contract for the sale ofthe land shall thenceforward be made null and void. • These conditions will he rigidly enforced.
