Hertslet, Esq., to dispose of his Valuable Property, Comprising— About 144 Acres of rich Alluvial Land, situated about lj miles north of Port Chalmers, and bounded on the north side by the hnrbor and Bay of Purakaunui, which is accessible at all times by vessels of a moderate draught of water.
