SAWING TIMBER ON CROAVN LANDS.— RESOLUTION OF THE WASTE LAND BOARD. 11st March, 1802.—" Considering; the very limiU'tl quantity of sawing timber, and the smallness of thu bushes scattered over the province, it is not desirable to allow of the timber being quickly consumed. The exceptions are in the Tautuku and West Coast. Bushes, where the -bushes are very extensive, Resolved, therefore, that the smaller rate 01 licenses, viz., i.'s per horse power be only applicable to the Tantuku and West Coast Bushes." \V. H. ANNUAL LICENSING MEETING, OAMARU.—Notice is hereby given, that the annual meeting of Justices, for Granting Publicans' Licenses for the ensuing year, will be held at the Police office, in Oainaru, on TUESDAY, the 15th 01 April, 1862, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, at which time and place applications for Publican's Licenses v.-ill be taken into consideration. "VTOTICK £10U REWARD.—The undersigned _lN hereby offers a reward of £100 to any person either producing the person or giving authentic information ot Paget O'Grady, Viscount Guilhmore, who arrived in the colony of Victoria in 1857, and has been employed in stock riding, bullock-driving, and splitting in various parts of N.S. Wales, and from reliable information, has lately arrived in Otago from Burrangong Diggings, N.S. Wales. Viscount GuiJlimore has but recently succeeded to his title, and is therefore better known as Patrick or Pat Grady, a name lie has assumed since his first arrival in Victoria ST.
