• The yital statistics for Oamaru for the month of September are as follows Births, 37 ; Deaths, 11; Marriages, 5. (by telegraph. ) September 30. The number of births registered is 100, p,nd deaths 40 ; 20 marriage certificates were issued during the same period. Dunedin, September 30. The vital statistics for Dunedin for the quarter ending September 30th are i Births, 509 ; deaths, 150 5, marriages, 9,9. For Port Chalmers the returns for tha same period weve : ;—Births, 5S 5 deaths, j marriages, Christckurch, September. 30. The vital statistics of the month are : Births, 19G ; marriages, 26 ; deaths, 6g. The figures for September last year were : Births, 197 ; marriages, 37deaths, 55. Napier, October 1.
• Th§re were 44 births, 13 .deaths, and 6 marriages registered last month. Daring the corresponding month last year there were 32 births, 7 deaths, • and 5 nw-_ riages.
