RICKMAN has received instructions from the mortgagee to sell by public aution, at tne Waiho Forks Hotel, on Tuesday, 3rd August—All the valuable property known as the WAIHO FORKS HOTEL, Together with 25 ACRES OF LAND, Stables and Outbuildings, &c. The Hotel is situated about six miles from Waimate, on the Gorge Road, and is nearly a new building; the Land is well fenced and watered, and being situated in the centre of a large and improving agricultural district, offers a first-class investment.
