[fkOM our own correspondent.] PALMERSTON. I July 3. Dhe Remainder of the cases against the Shag Point colliers , were brougnt on to-day at the Resident Magistrate's Court. The Company agreed to withdraw the cases on the understanding that the men paid the costs. The men then pleaded guilty, and were mulcted in costs, the Company not wishing the men to be fined, but" only wanting them to leave the ground. - y
