The Government are now more happy, and have apparently appeased the Middle Party, the existence of which Mr. Ormond exposed. It is how thought that 'when the djyision takes place on Wednesday or Thursday the Government will have a majority of about Is. There can be little doubt that the financial proposals will be entirely changed, and that the local government and charitable aid proposals will bp rejected. It is probable that the Government will promise to make any concessions xql&apt than abando.n their seats,. j _
