RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT.

THIS DAY. (Before T. W. Parker, Esq., R.M.) FIGHTING. Leo Gandard and Andrew Black wore charged with having, on Saturday afternoon in Thames-street, conducted themselves in a manner calculated to cause a breach of the peace, and whereby a breach of the peace was occasioned. They were each fined 40s with the alternative of five days' imprisonment with hard labor. DRUNKENNESS. John Stephens, Mark O'Donnell, and David Cameron, charged with having been drunk and disorderly, had been admitted to bail, and the amounts of their several recognisances were estreated. Alexander ofyarged with having been d>cunk and disorderly yesterday morning in Thames-street, was fined 15s with the. alternative of three days' imprisonment, John Bradley, oharged for the sixth time with having been drunk and disorderly, on this occasion upon Sunday morning, was sent to gaol for seven days, with hard labor. Michael Daly was charged with having been, drunk and disorderly in Thamesstreet yesterday afternoon, and finqd 20s with thp qption of undergoing three days' imprisonment. Boswell James and Donald M<Gu}nnesa, charged with having been drunk and dis. orderly last night were eaoh fined 80s with the alternative of going to gaol for three days.
