MESSRS. FLEMING AND HEDLEY'S SALES.

♦ It will scarcely be necessary to remind our readers that the series of sales of Messrs. Fleming and Hedley's land and stock will commence to-morrow at the stud farm, Floraville (Mr. Fleming's residence). Luncheon will be on the tablos afc 11 o'clock, and, after a few other preliminaries, the business of the day will commence. The programme is as follows ] —The draught stock will be sold to* morrow and Wednesday, Ayrshires antf shorthorns on Thursday, and proper ties, hacks, implements, and oats on Friday. It is anticipated that the attendance will be by far the largest that has ever been brought together cn a similar occasion in the Colony.
