Procter and Steward, and known as " Hay and Barr's Mill." The buildings are substantially constructed o£ stone, and "will store 15,000 bags. The machinery consists of three pairs of stones, together with all the necessary apparatus for cleaning grain and silk-dressing flour in the most approved manner, the whole being •driven by a horizontal high pressure engine, ■with tubular boiler ; all in good order.
