ERECTION OK TIMBER DRYING ROOMS. —The diiiiculty experienced by all jEuppliesof thoroughly Seasoned Timber id well known, and has induced the Company to erect at very considerable coat a complete set of Drying Rooms, capable of seasoning in one parcel over 100,000 feet of timber, to meet this much-felt want. The Drying Rooms arc now in full work, and the result has fully justified the expense incurred. It is intended to use only such timl>er as has been subjected to this process in making np Furniture aud Wood ware, and this cannot fail to favorably influence the demand for the Company's Manufactures. The attention of Builders and Contractors 13 specially drawn to the advantages derivable from the use of timber which has undergone this process of seasoning, and which are: A perfect freedom from clinging, and a consequent absence of the nnseemly joints so noticeable in ordinary workmanship, as well aa a greater durability in the material employed. A knowledge of these facts must eventnally lead to the extensive nse of this Seasoned Timber in all works were such advantages are a desideratum. SEASONED TIMBER for the Trade will be supplied on favorable terms, which can be learned on application at the Company's Offices personally, or by letter. The Factory may now be considered the moat elaborate of its kind in tfce world, and the expedition with which tiie most intricate orders can be dispatched will com mend itself to the public. THE HARDWARE DEPARTMENT stocks are of the moat complete description, and are being largely added to on the arrival of each vessel from the British and American markets. The Company is pre' pared to supply customers with every requisite in the Ironmongery trade at the lowest market rates. THE FURNITURE DEPARTMENT possesses a special feature in the introduction of local woods into the manufactures, and the successful sale of articles of this nature marks the appreciation of the Com' pany's efforts in this direction. Special attention i 3 given to use only such timber for this class of work as has been thoroughly scasoned by the new process lately introduced by the Company, and Customers can therefore be guaranteed against the failure of any articles from the use of unseasoned timber. The stocks of imported goods comprise a fine selection of Dining-room, Drawing-room, and Bedroom Suites in a variety of designs; Pianos by the best makers ; a selection o Parisian goods ; and every requisite for complete furnishing. THE STOCKS OF CARPETS, consisting of Brussels, Tapestry, Kidder, Felt, and Jute, are specially worthy of inspection, being most varied, and all carefully selected by the Company's London Buyer.
