Clab Bales, and new scale of weight for *vge. All .entries and acceptances mast be in sealed covers, addressed to the Secretary, and contain entrance money, sweepstakes, description and age of horse. The jockey's colors, those registered excepted, mast be stated in the entrance form, under a penalty of 2 sovs, which while unliqidated will disqualify any horse whose owner or nominator has iucarred sach a penalty. All persons intending to withdraw horses are required to give notice to that effect to the Secretary or Clerk of the Scales at least half an hoar be/ore the advertised time of starting. Any person neglecting or refusing to comply with tMs rule shall pay a fine to ha imposed by the Stewards, not exceeding S sovs to the race fund. In the event of any person entering a protest, the sum of L2 2s mast be lodged with the Secretary before such protest is considered.; **■'» sam to be forfeited to the funds should the Stewards consider the protest frivolous or vexatious. Five per cent, will be deducted from the gross of all moneys paid in accordance with the programme lor expenses. _ All disputes, claims, and objections arising aut of the racing shall be decided by the Steward*, or whoever they may appoint. Weights to be declared on MARCH 3rd for Handicap Hardle Face, Bedcaatle Handicap, StJ Patricks Handicap, and Handicap .'Steeplechase.
