In "Banco, Judge Williams held that the award in tho arbitration between Procter and Steward was invalid, and made the rule for setting aside the arbitration absolute, with costs against Steward. Watt and Neill, the point being as to the validity of the appointment of more than one "trustee, a nonsuit was ordered for the defendants. In the case Burke v.
