The Victorian revenue for last quarter was L 1,072,583, being a decrease, compared with the corresponding quarter of last year, of L 77,700. The revenue for the year is L 4,526,000, being a decrease of L 103.000. In the Customs alone, over L 150,000 more was received from the Land Tax than last year, otherwise there would have been a large deficiency, instead of an apparent increase of L 35,000.
