THE HENLEY ESTATE.

This well-known property will bo offered for sale ori Saturday next at the rooms of Watson Bros., High-street, Dunedin. If the weather permits there should be a large attondance from far and near on this " occasion. The excellentquality of the soil of this estate is so well known that, had the time been more propitious for investing in landed property, there would have been considerable competition at fair rates. But, in order to induce investment, the Estate has been cut up into blocks ranging from 20 to COO acres, whilst that portion of the property contiguous to the railway station has been divided into lots suitable for dairy farms. The terms are not yet published ; but it is probable that they will be quite as liberal as those offered at the late land sales.
