The Odessa Commercial Bank has suspended payment. Sybxf.y, December 17. The A.S.N. Company's seamen at Melbourne have struck at Sandridge, and have refused to unload the Company's Ly-ee-moon. December IS. Tl,.- Xowonstlc miners have intimated to the proprietors that if they supply coal to the A.S.N. Company they will strike. _ The Victorian towns have been garrisoned by ten artillerymen against the Kellys, and the railway drivers, stokers, and guards have been armed with rifles and revolvers. The gang threaten to raise the rails if not pardoned and allowed to leave the Colony.
