Barley— Notwithstanding the arrival of the Gustav from San Francisco, this grain is still in great .demand, and for prime samples 8s o'd is still to be got. 'Wheat, dull, at os to 5s Id. Bran, js Id to Is Ud. Flour, LlO 10s to LlO 15s. A shipment of Californian oats was offered for sale by auction, but biddings not coming up to tiie importer's views, the greater portion was withdrawn. After the sale a portion oi the shipment was sold at 5s Id. The quality was not first-class, being thin grain.
