Evans and Co. * The B.H. Waitaki. Captain Edio, arrived in port from Dunodiu at the usual hour today, with 25 saloon passengers and a general cari;n. The brigaiitine Annie Hill, Capt. M'Kay, arrived from Kaipara yesterday with a cargo of timber. The schooners Clyde and flood Templar Bailed yesterday, the former for Nelson and the latter for Invercargill. The barque William Wilson is taking in a cargo of wheat at the Normanby Wharf for Newcastle. The schooner E. and U. Cameron will probably sail for Lyttelton to-morrow with a cargo of produce. SHIPPING TELEGRAMS. Lyttelton, Nov 12. Arrived : Alexander M'Nicoll, ship, from New York, 122 days out. She brings almost a full cargo of reapers and binders. Auckland, Nov. 12. Arrived : City of Sydney. The news has mostly been anticipated by the Arawata. The City of Sydney's passage occupied only four (lays and 55 minutes from pilot to pilot. Tins is the fastest time on record. Left Sydney on November S, at 5.40 a.m., having been detained on account of the nonarrival of the San Francisco mail from Melbourne. Experienced fine'weather, with fresh N.W. winds to the North Cape, thence light variable airs. Arrived at Auckland today, at 11.17 a.m. Passengers: Cabin, for Honolulu and San Erancisco : T. C. Sutton, W. Walker, Mrs. Wright, A. Bicker, Rev. James Gardiner, J. S. Southland, Miss Wilson, George Theorau, W. Matheson, and 17 steerage. "Mr. H. M. Hugo, M. H. Scotland, Mr.' and Mrs. Roberts and child, and Mr. Stephen Massett are through passengers to San Francisco. •
