The promoters, desiring to afford people of small m"ans, as well as capitalists, an opportunity of invest'ng, have determined to make the shares of such an amount as to be within the reaoh of everyone. It is thought that this arrangement will afford people within the district an opportunity of assisting to develop an industry which is likely to be of material advantage.
