July- 5. At the Normanby land sale yesterday, 200 people were present. Forty-six sections sold from L 8 to L 72, averaging Ll6 15s per quarter acre. Forty acres of rural land in the vicinity realised L2l 10s per acre. The sale is considered a great success. o.
