July 5. The Government havingjinfarmed the Road Board Conference by telegram that the bajance of land revenue for distribution among the Canterbury Road Boards is L 47,683, the Conference telegraphed for a \it\ of th« deductions which reduced
the L 315,000 on hand in December last to L 47,688. No reply has yet been received. Mr. Richardson will address the Christchurch electors on Tuesday next.
