May 25. Sir J C'oocle did not examine Auckland Harbor to-d-'y, but has been inspecting plans and data. This evening he will confer with the Harbormaster and EnLiiiiKer to the Board. He will posiiively leave per City of New York, on Tuesday. Sir G. Grey, Mr. Sheehan, and Hoani iSTahe, leave 'pel 1 Hinemoa for Wellington, at half-past eight o'clock this evening. Mr. Sheehan will return shortly to visit Lite Northern Natives, and attend a meeting of Kingites about the middle of June, to receive their final proposals.
