MUNICIPAL COUNCIL.

The usual fortnightly meeting of the Council was held last evening. at the Municipal Chambers. There were present His Worship the Mayor, and Councillors Booth. Procter, Gihbs, Mainland, Headland, iSpenee, and Familton.
