AUCTIONEERS' REPORT.
Messrs. Fleming and Hedley report that they held .1 clearing sale of farm stock, implements. &c on account of Messrs. James Orr and Co., at Devil's Bridge, on Tuesday. There was a large attendance, and good competition. The following are rates obtained :—First-class draught horses, L 55 to Lfi»; medium ditto. I 3D to L 45 ; light harness horses. f.-S to IJlt} ; hacks. Lit) to LIS ; 2 cows, 1.8 each ; threshing machine and engine. L3JSO : drays, Li2tr> LIT : I waggon, LIS; Wood's harvester, 1.44 : dottble-furrow ploughs, and treble-furrow ditto, Lit) to L2t>: corn-screen. Lit! 10s; chaff-cutter, LIT IDs : oat-crusher, Ll4 : store pigs, 24s to 32a b'd : sows with litters, 50s ; harness, &c. at fair rates.
