Shand (08), Reid (03), Fulton (00), Clark (48), Fraer (40), Elder (37)—Begg (next highest, 30). The following is the Southland Board : —Messrs. Macdonald (27), Mensiies (26), BaJdey (24), Richardson (22), M'Ardell (22), M'lntosh (21), Shanks (19), Sproule (15), Lmnsden (12), The Otago Board's first meeting will be held oil May 9 ; the Southland Board's first meeting on May 13. Mr. Steward got 31 votes, Mr. Fleming 17, and Mr. Slirimski 15.
