[rEUTER's TELEGRAMS. PER PRESS AGENCY.] Melbourne, March 18. Floods in the Yarra are doing great damage. The Melbourne water supply is cut off in consequence of the floods. The damage to the Plenty Bridge aqueduct from the Yan Yean will be repaired within a week.
