" GO SLOW !" TO TIIE EDITOR 01'' THIS EVENING MAT!,. !Sili, —There seems to be a. jiunblo in tliis morning's telegram "That Russia claims the cession of Roumania and Bessarabia." The chief'part of Bessarabia is already Russian, and 1 fancy the telegram (or calngram as your classical contemporary elegantly styles it) should read " Russia claims the cession of Roumanian Bemtiv'biu." This is a narrow strip of ihe old Russian province of Bessarabia, that after her Crimean reverses Russia, was compelled by the Treaty of Paris to cede to the Danubian Principalities, and, includes the northern months of the Danube.
