A large triumphal arch was erected, and the entrance to Devon-street covered with flags, and having an inscription, "Welcome. Sir Geo. Grey." It is understood that there was a conspiracy to cut it down last night oil the.part of some of. Major Atkinson's followers, but it was detected, and the arch watched during the night. The party drove to the Beach House, where the Ministers are staying. A banquet, will be given at 4 o'clock iivthe Oddfellows' Hall, which is beautifully . decorated for the occasion. The Hinemoa leaves for Wellington to-night or early in the morning. I
