NORTH OTAGO HORTICULTURAL SOCIETY.
The monthly meeting of the Committee of the above Society took place at Albion House last evening, there being present —Messrs. Council, President (in the chair), Simsou, Spraft, Kidd, Stemson. Paterson (Treasurer), and Leigh (Secretary). MINTTES. The minutes of the last- meeting were read arid confirmed. APPOINTMENT OF .TCIIOES. The following gentlemen were appointed to act ;ts judges at the forthcoming show, to be held on the lfjih March : Messrs. Sealey (Otekaike). Knowlos and Arne.y (Timaru), Steward (Obristchiireh), Young(Palmerston), Kidd, Thomson, and Lemon (Oamaru), and the gardener to Sir Francis Billon B; 11. The Secretary was instructed Io communicate wit ii the above-named gentlemen immediately for the purpose of getting their consent to act. UKI IiKSHMI.NXS. The usual vote of thanks to the Chairman terminated the meeting.
